You can pay cash or card to the driver or online through the payment link we send you after completing the reservation.

You can cancel your reservation no later than 8 hours before the ride.

YES! Children under 10 have a 40% discount, and people with disabilities receive a free ticket.


You can take a hand luggage and a big baggage, without problems, but if you have more, contact us and we will let you know if there is free space.

We are pets lovers, but out of respect for the other passengers, we can’t allow it. If you opt for a private transfer, then you can take your companion with you, in a cage specially designed for pets.

We stop at the ETU gas stations which are positioned on both directions in the middle of the route and last 10 minutes.


– For the fixed pickup point ticket, the location is 7 Garii Boulevard, at the OMV Gas station.

– For the ticket with preferential pick-up, the location is the one indicated by you.

For the Brasov outside areas, boarding shall be at the address provided on the ticket or at the home address specified by the passenger against an additional cost calculated per km from the standard point of that area.

The exact time for boarding at a fixed point is specified in the booking ticket and also in the confirmation text message received when booking the ticket by phone or online.

The boarding time for the surrounding areas can be found noted in the ticket and in the booking confirmation text message.


We can wait for 15 minutes, but depending on the agreement of the other passengers we can wait for 30 minutes.
